The vision statement for the Central Hume PCP is that people in our communities will be better informed, engaged and enjoy healthier lives as a result of our collaboration in planning and delivering health and community services.
In line with this vision, our response to the health issues regarding the continuing drought will be coordinated. With the added stress of bushfires in our region, the need for a coordinated response from our health services is paramount.
The Leadership group of Central Hume PCP has appointed the Middle Years platform as the coordinating arm for all Drought activities for the PCP. From this platform Drought activities will be coordinated, including the collection point for the numerous and varied drought activities.
